Along with trying to stay healthy, there's been an awful lot of sickness going around lately. I found these steps for a simple steam last week, which is a really great at-home remedy for a stuffy nose and sinuses, hopefully making you feel a bit better!
Simply add a drop or two of peppermint oil to steaming water in a bowl, and hold your face overtop, with a tea towel draped over your head to trap the steam in. (I would start with your face back a bit and move forward just to test how warm it feels on your skin). You could always try different oils too, when you're not sick, like lavender for a relaxing end to the evening...
